At the start of 2024, HRSA’s Bureau of Health Workforce established the National Health Workforce Collaborative. The Workforce Collaborative supports BHW’s mission to strengthen the health workforce and connect skilled healthcare personnel to communities in need. The Workforce Collaborative uses a variety of tools to gather feedback from organizations and individuals, which BHW can use to inform ongoing and future programming. The Workforce Collaborative also provides more direct support and access to resources. These combined efforts include:

• Listening sessions
• Case studies
• Grand rounds sessions
• Focus groups
• Workshops and Office Hours
• Other engagement mechanisms for collaboratively supporting the nation’s health workforce
