Guest speakers from Aviva Health in Oregon, The Irene Ransom Bradley School of Nursing at Pittsburg State University in Kansas, and Cahaba Health in Alabama discuss how they have successfully approached challenges often faced in rural settings such as recruitment and retention, burnout and compassion fatigue, and more. The workshop concludes with a facilitated panel discussion with all presenters.
