• Office Hour immediately following the Workshop session: 2:00–3:00pm ET.  

Brief Description:

• This workshop is hosted by the Bureau of Health Workforce’s (BHW) National Health Workforce Collaborative and will feature presentations from nurse workforce training programs. The Office Hour will be held after the main session, and all workshop attendees are welcome. This will be an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters, collaborate with colleagues, and get support from BHW staff and workforce experts.

• Presentations from Rivier University and Oregon Health & Science University.

• Learn the latest promising practices for growing and supporting your nursing workforce from those implementing successful programs.  

• Explore options for recruiting and retaining staff as you connect with colleagues and workforce experts. 
• Learn about building partnerships to train and support nurses at your organization.  
• Discuss strategies for supporting retention and well-being in your workforce.
